~Teresa & Diane Malcolm: URGENT!!! URGENT URGENT!!!I TRIED TO GET HELP FOR MY CONPUTER SO I COULD DO MY TAXES.IT IS THREE MONTHS OLD NO ONE ANSWERED I COULD NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE & I NEED HELP.NOW!!!! TAXES R DUE *MORROW!!!call me @ *** *** **** AS SOON AS YOU OPEN NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS.i WANTED T* WATCH TV WHILE I COPIED OVER MY TAXES SO I GOT OUT MY LAPTOP WHICH I RARELY USE, TURNED IT ON A FEW MIUTES LATER IT SAID IT WAS CONFIGURING, DON'T TURN IT OFF, THEN IT SHUT DOWN SO I THOUGHT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. BUT WHEN I WENT TO PUT IT IN IT'S CASE I NOTICED THE LIGHT WAS ON THE BOTTOM WAS ON, WHICH I THOUGHT MEANT THE COMPUTER WAS STILL ON, SO IGOT IT BACK UT, PLUGGED IT IN TO THE WALL & OPENED IT UP BUT IT WOULD NOT TURN ON. I NOTICESD THAT THE ARROW WAS STILL ON THE FRONT. IT WOULD NOT GO ON OR OFF & THEN IT WAS REAL HOT. THIS ENTIRE TRANSACTION DID NOT TAKE * MINUTES FROM THE TIMEI GOT IT OUT THE FIRST TIME & THE TIME I PUT IT AWAY. NOW IT DOES NOTHING. THIS IS MY BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE COMPUTER THAT MY
