~Quesarah: Vtech kidijamz bought well before Christmas. Did not work out of the box and was out of warrantee, so they will not do anything to replace it. They were already aware of this particular problem but still "were unable to help". What a dishonest way to run a business. Will never buy a toy from them again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting VTech. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a VTech problem?
~Quesarah: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Quesarah: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VTech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Quesarah: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VTech customers?
~Quesarah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VTech to know who you are.
