GetHuman-stvarre: I am so sick of problems with these guys, I just hate this!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-stvarre: I Can't play the game I bought. NO HELP. I asked for a refund, NOT A WORD! I asked for help, NO HELP. I want to play what I bought. Civ V, I can't, NO HELP. I bought it at Walmart and I can't play it without STEAM. Now my Steam account won't let me sign into their system!!! I am freakin pissed! This is ****! I have changed my password and now when I try to sign in, it won't let me. I have spent hours trying to do something and I just can't get through. I really am lost in this and I can't spend my life trying to play something I want to play. I even bought their NEW controllers and system, I think I have thrown good money for nothing.

GetHuman: And what about Valve Software's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-stvarre: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-stvarre: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Valve Software to know who you are.
