~LG: Every time I receive a Vanilla card from someone I cringe. I did get a human, a very nice one. However the correct procedure is to press *, then enter the expiration, then the security code on the back - THEN press zero repeatedly to get one. My card was declined at a salon. The reason? I was told that the card AUTOMATICALLY applies a tip. So, it is ALWAYS declined (because that puts the card over the balance if you try to use the whole thing). So you have to charge **% less in order to get what you paid for at ANY service establishment. RIDICULOUS! Thank you Get Human, for making it easier to navigate this horrible company's service and at least get an answer.
