GetHuman-244699: I am traveling and my card would not work. Your rep told me a ***.** charge was being run while I was on the phone with her and could not answer me at any time. Then she came back again and said it was a glitch and that was my available balance. Do NOT answer what you do not know and do NOT ask the customer what is your problem. I would not have ever hired her to be a customer service rep. Train your reps to give correct information and not answer what they do not know
