~Vinnie: I had to phone Verizon twice to pay a bill using their debit card - the first time it took over ** mins and I was transferred through * different departments, ending up with an automated service with only two options that I couldn't do and had to put the phone down. Also tortured by having to go through automated services that didn't include my issue, and various ads - all a massive waste of my time. Eventually I had to give up and try again - luckily got a real human being who was able to accept my payment. I was told that Verizon has no complaints procedure - astonishing!
