~Rob: The Verizon "online" option doesn't exist. If you press "everything else," they can only help with landline requests. If you want to speak to someone re: FIOS Internet charges, press the FIOS option, or they transfer you and you have to start waiting all over again! P.S. they need a new phone woman. I'm sick of her.
