GetHuman-333610: The contact people are friendly but cannot deviate from their script of usual weed out the idiot questions. Also, they often need to transfer calls to local centers resulting in terrible connections. Even after I gave them my local number, I did not get a call back from the overseas agent, however the local agent did call me back when our connection was bad. *My issue was "resolved" automatically and they sent an automated message to inform me that my work ticket was effectively cancelled since the problem had been fixed. When I called back I was hung up on once, but the contact people stayed friendly, even when I sternly asked for a supervisor. Their hold music isn't horrible -- Enya, which I suppose is meant to calm down angry customers.
