~aserwo@hotmail.com: All I wanted to do was to upgrade my internet service and then to compare my TV service with other options. All i got was foolishness and no help. When I log in in order to use the online service I am switched to Verizon Wireless eventhough I want to deal with the internet. The two people that I "chafed" with were of absolutely no help. I'm going to re-think using verizon and look at other options. Customer Service is the worst that I have ever encountered.

GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
