~RI FIOS AREA: I had a horrible experience with Fios, customer service was terrible! My grand mother recently passed and I attempted to get information from Fios to see if I could transfer her account to my name. After two phone calls lasting an hour each and two trips to a Fios store they finally told me that it was best to start my own account. During that time I was told that the prior bill was not my responsibility. Month later I get two bills from Fios. Again I called, was on the phone for over an hour transfered three times with no help. Had to go to the Fios store where I attempted to get help ( ** min later) they told me they could not help me and I had to pay both the bills. I have no problem paying the bills the problem was being pushed around and not given a straight answer from any Fios service representative. Once I move I will never go with Fios again! Horrible service.

~RI FIOS AREA: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RI FIOS AREA: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RI FIOS AREA: For that I would say three out of five.

~RI FIOS AREA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon FiOS to know who you are.
