GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon FiOS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-156630: I was told the equipment I was provided with could do what I want (simple port forwarding) but that Verizon would not provide me any information about resolving the problem (I have configured the router but still cannot see the port). I was told that I don't need to be doing anything more than the router's default configuration. When I suggested that even residential customers, in today's world, are more sophisticated than that and are more fully using the capabilities of technology, I was told, "Yes sir, but Verizon is not going to help them do that."
