~dmeek1: My elderly neighbor siad his tv * cable wasn't working correctly and I told him I would look at it. After trying everything I still could not even get power to the Dvr... So I made a call for him since he had already driven to Irving from Keller to have his DVR replaced. Plus been told by a Verizon EE to "Ask A NEIGHBOR to come help him?! I realzed also that he had the "Bundle*" and was being charged nearly ***.** month... He is ** and basically watched the News only?! I was on hold and transferred back and forth * times and on the phone for almost * HOURS!!!!Ridiculous! Problem is still not fixed, and the only thing I was able to accomplish was maybe a ** dollar a month decreaase in price! This is the WORST Company EVER! I will NEVER persoanlly have Verizon ANYTHING!
