GetHuman-76356: This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with - they make Comcast look good. After * years of service that never works (pixilation, on demand not working, premiunm chanels I am paying for but saying are unsubscribed, etc.) FIOS has NEVER been able to fix the problem and in the course of their attempts, I have spent about *** hours on the phone and been LIED to REPEATEDLY about credits I never got, notes that were supposed to be taken, and worst off appointments that weren't being met - count FIVE that I can remember, and FOUR of those within the last * months. Their solution for me and*or wife waiting pointlessly for a total of ** hours?? $**!! That is it. So, our time to get items fixed WE pay $**** for, is less than $* an hour!!! Of course this was minimum wage back in ****. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE TO YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!!!! RUN!! Don't get suckered in by a product that isn't even nearly as good as the cable companies and whose customer service is believe it or
