~Lisa30: Went to FIOS on-line live chat. Was on with customer support agent for ** mins. They gave suggestions which didn't work for me. I was trying to increase the number of rings on our home voice mail which was set at *. We are old and can't get to the phone that quickly esp. since my husband had a heart attack. I got the phone * from gethuman.com and called. The agent was available within * mins and he solved the problem in *. From what he said I understand that this was not something one could do for oneself over the phone. Makes me wonder about the first agent I dealt with. Very useful to have this site so you can actually talk to someone. I have never had much success with those on-line folk.
