GetHuman-49359: As always, I can depend on Verizon to bill me promptly and then rebill even more promptly should my payment come a bit late. Other than that your services are horrible. You brought in DSL but that does no good if the phone is down. Cell phone service in my area is impossible so I am stuck with a landline that goes down, probably once a quarter. I cannot conduct personal business, I cannot dial ***. I am told that a repair man should be here on SATURDAY. The phone went dead on MONDAY. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was apparently too busy to speak to me. I asked to speak to that individual's supervisor and am sitting here as I type this with no response whatsoever.
