GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon Repair customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jennywren1420: I couldn't get through by any means (cellphone, Web), and since I have no dial tone, I couldn't use my landline. On Web the connection was so bad that I couldn't hear, so I hung up. Then I tried again and was told (by message) that I had called too many times and should try again in ** minutes. I did that, and then got the same message again. Then I tried in another ** minutes and got the same message.... I couldn't maintain a coneection with Verizon with the callback feature, either: I gave my cellphone number, but it just disconnected, twice. I couldn't give my landline number, because, of course, there is no dial tone. Your contact services are terrible. And this from a telecommunications company. Even though I don't have FIOS, I should get just as good service.**I also think that you should have an announcement if there is an outage in an area. I suspect that is what is happening with my phone, although I can't call with my cellphone, either.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Verizon Repair. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Verizon Repair problem?

~jennywren1420: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon Repair customers?
