~Cheryl Gimbel: My phone has static so bad we cannot understand incoming or outgoing calls. My husband is very hard of hearing and we have a special phone for him and it is very inconvenient for me to contact him when I am out. He does not use a cell phone because he cannot hear well. Our home phone has a very loud ring and lights and he can press the microphone and understand most calls. I can no longer call and check on him (age **) when I am out working. I HATE THE FACT THAT I CANNOT GET A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO. YOUR SERVICE *****. IT WILL BE A WHOLE WEEK BEFORE SOMEONE COMES OUT HERE. CHERYL GIMBEL
