GetHuman-rprw648: WORSE SERVICE EVER! Waited * DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME A REPAIR APPOINTMENT, THEN WHEN THE REPAIR TECH SHOWED UP (*HOURS EARLY), HE FLATLY REFUSED TO ENTER MY HOME, STATING: "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR WIREING, BUY A NEW PHONE".-WHEN HE SAID THAT, I HAD MY PHONE IN MY HAND WITH VERIZONS DISPATCHER LISTENING. AFTER HE GOT INTO HIS TRUCK AND LEFT THE DISPATCHER SAID A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. I NEVER GOT ANY CALL AND WHEN I CALLED, J WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO CASE NUMBER ABOUT THIS!
