~njrunnergirl: message said the wait would be *-* mins but i waited about * mins. they had to then transfer me to another dept and i had to wait another *.* mins. after the "transfer" i ended up right back at the initial voice prompt menu! after ** mins total, the recording said, "we're sorry, we can no longer process your call. please hang up." !!!!!!!
