GetHuman-232528: I have called at least ** times, at least!! No joke...I have been charged twice for four months in a row, and I am wating to receive my momney back. Every time I call no one is able to help me, and they act like they don't know what they are doing. I just want my money back then I am going to cancel my internet services at verizon. If still don't get my money back (it has been * months) I am going to take them to small claims court!
