GetHuman-286752: I have talked to several people concerning my problem the last person I talked with was in the retention dept. (a very nasty nasty person and diod not try to help me) I have had this serice with alltel before things changed and have had service (home) I know since **** or so. I think it was in august I went in the Colonial Heights store and wanted the internet on my cell telephone the guy said to me you can upgrade , I told him I liked my phone,so he said why dont you get a tablet, I explained to him I was a teacher and could not afford it he told me oh yes, we hae a deal where you pay $**.** extre each month to pay for it, I asked are you sure? He went through the process had to ask this other girl how to handle this and I am about tired after almost ** minutes, finally he is completed , I asked where is my receipt , it is the bag, I get to my car look for the receipt and to tired to deal with him again. I go in to pay my bill the next month and this very nice lady tell me I need to
