I got NO response!*When I called I was told that "someone" would return my call who could "help", it has been * weeks.*I figured out how to get a call back... don't pay your bill. * days after the due date you WILL get a call and they WILL solve your problem.*I fixed it permanatly by switching to SPRINT!
