~Barbara46: I was contacted by Verizon regarding a past due bill I went through setting up arrangements, and was assured I would be all set until the next payday under one week, and little did I know I woke up Saturday morning with no cell service, I understand me owing them money been a loyal cust for over ten years ,always made sure bill was paid even if late, and the way they did me I will go elsewhere for cell phone service even if its a cheap tracfone. My entire family will go somewhere where loyalty is still highly regarded, and truly means something. Would love to have a supervisor call me and discuss customer service very unhappy, and unfourtunate really liked Verizon good luck to anyone willing to deal with it.
