~woodsie: My financial service with Verizon has gone from poor to beyond horrible. I am still being billed for a service that I had disconnected and paid in full in September, ****. In the past * months, I have talked with * people and no one has resolved the problem. * of the * people said that my bill was paid, * said that I owe $*.**, and * said I owe $**.**. My bill warns me that it is headed for collection when infact Verizon owes me $*** plus dollars. I was on hold on two of the calls so long until my phone cut off. In one day, I spent more than an hour and a half trying to solve my problem. Is it solved? NO!
