GetHuman-436645: This number (***-***-****) says Financial Services when it picks up, but then says "Main Menu" immediately afterward. I tried the payment related options and it took me to make a payment* I tried the "Other"options and I held for over ** mins and still ended up at general Customer Care. I was not able to reach Verizon Financial Services this way. But the Customer Care rep I did talk to was very apologetic and friendly.
