~andaponte: I got a guy who was very nice and walked me through fixing something that seemed to have gone wrong with my account. He also adjusted my payment due date since I had been given incorrect info about the balance I needed to maintain to avoid paying again in one month--another issue that needed the help of an actual person. I can't believe how horrible and dishonest the automated system is. They are clearly trying to force people away from talking to a real human. Ugh. Thank you for this!!!
