GetHuman-197812: The rep. was nice and helpful, but I'm very upset with Verizon. I purchased an Illusion by samsung on the Verizon prepay website and choise the $** per mth plan. I called verizon *st before paying for phone,a and activating and they assured me that if I ever needed to go back to my old plan of just phone calls, and text msg. I could simply change the plan, when the plan date was up, and go back to the old service of calls and text only and just buy $**.** prepay cards to load minutes on phone when it ran out. I've now been informed that this is not true, and I can only add a phone card for mins. but will be charged .**cents per min on calls, and will be charged more for text. in other words this phne is now only good for paying $**. or $** mthly plans. Not the deal I made, as I am single, alone and live far out in the country.....and I knew there would be times when money would be short, and I'd have to revert back to the old plan and purchase just a $**. card just to get by. I live al
