~Vicki Buzzi: Did not get issue resolved, if not will cancel my service and will no longer recommend Verizon as I have in the past. I have been a loyal customer and have stated what great service I have been provided. Feel that I have been ripped off, and not been fully informed on product services. Very conveniently left out vital information attempt to sell a product. In otherwise scammed. Very shady, very poor and dishonest. Vicki buzzi **********
