GetHuman-382491: How are they a multinational phone company? If you have an issue with billing, you should be able to call and speak with someone ****, this is ****. How shameful to offer "international service," at that level of availability. If you have Verizon and plan on spending time abroad, leave your phone in the US. (I had a $*** phone bill last month, and I had my phone turned off most of the trip. Verizon refused to work with me on the charges and just took the whole bill out of my bank account, without any warning. I woke up in Europe with a negative bank account, and no one at Verizon will be available until *pm my time! I know I can't count on getting any money back, even better, Verizon is one of the most evil data mining companies. So please enjoy my money and privacy, you greedy, greedy multinational.
