~Fed Up: My experience with Verizon "customer service" is frustrating to put it mildly, and I am so fed up that I am seriously considering changing providers. I have tried in vain to get someone to come out to check my FIOS setup, as the backup battery seems to discharge rapidly when power goes out. However, after several calls, slugging through your Byzantine series of computer prompts, I inevitably end up with someone who tells me they can only schedule a service call when service is out (when I no longer have phone or internet service - duh)! How about some actual responsive customer service instead of a maze designed like Catch-**?

~Fed Up: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
