~Anonomous: Verizon Wireless is a joke. When we picked the phone we wanted to buy,they told us they did not have it. What kind of Phone store does not have a phone. Then, when we were talking to someone who works there, he was telling us about the phone plan and what it would cost. The store was trying to charge us $***.** for the phone when you can buy it online for free. Verizon Wireless is the worst business you can possibly sign a contract with. So, after the service being bad already, he talked us into getting it ordered. He informed us the phone would be here in * short days. That was Not the case. Six days later we received the phone. Let me put it this way, do not get a plan with them.

~Anonomous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonomous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonomous: For that I would say two out of five.
