GetHuman-225021: Verizon has successfully blocked any access to speak with an actual human. Every option I've tried and evey number I tried, it just says sorry you're having trouble. Good bye. I want to add money to someone elses phone but I'm calling from my verizon phone so, all it wants to do is handle my account. There isn't any way to add money to anyone elses phone using a verizon phone. I have never seen a company so eager to loose money. Ive tried every suggestion I've read online. None of these people know what they're talking about. You can't get the help you need from Verizon. They only give you a certain number of options. If that's not what you want, you're out of luck. Too bad.
