GetHuman-69153: When these customer service reps do not want to deal with a difficult issue, they put you on hold and never come back. My first experience was ** minutes, no one ever came back, second time ** minutes, now, on hold for ** minutes again. As I send this I am still on hold! When you ask for a supervisor, you get NOWHERE! I am so fed up with this ****!
