~Kathy Doss: Your wireless cell service plans all ****. Not everyone uses cell phones all day long. Ours are for emergency only. I anticipate finding another provider for cell, internet and Fios service. After using Verizon since ****, I am not at all happy with your plans, your service and especially your automated service and lack of talking to a real person.

~Kathy Doss: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kathy Doss: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
