~leroy: i have been a verizon customer for over ** years until today. on one other occasion i was told that i had to prove calls that they said i made after i had no other problems during that time. i then changed to a service in that i paid a **.** fee per month that i would have unlimited calls and texts. i was in the middle of a very important phone call when the line went dead. i was told i had * dollars left in my account even though i made a payment on *********. after waiting ** minutes they informed me that my service was stopped because of possible roaming charges. this is the second time i have been screwed by verizon and it will be the last. i am a senior citizen and i want to know what happened to good old fashioned sevice and honest dealings with customers. a very unhappy previos customer with verizon. leroy
