~verizon is an idiot: the original guy I talked to is a complete idiot and failed to provide me with any information that I wanted. then I spoke to a supervisor and he knew what he was talking about but when he told me he was transferring me to a different prepaid rep to answer my original question, he instead just hung up the phone and now im back to square one. I have always hated verizons tech support and his is just more reason why.
