~Kathy Doss: the "real" person could not pull up my information and he transferred me to the usual automated format which by the way just *****. I asked him to have someone call me and he could not do that. I did not get any help at your f ing store nor by any automated system.

~Kathy Doss: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kathy Doss: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
