~adele tiberio: I have been trying to get help with one of the boxes. I mis-typed a number - and could neither reach a representative or go further on the internet. I am ** years old and do not do well with online help. People want to watch football games here on Thanksgiving. The box is suddenly inoperable. I can not reach anyone. This is awful. No football on Thanksgiving! Awful.
