~Older Americans Hung out to Dr: My parents (** & **yra) have NO phone service, came to my house to call Verizon. For medical reasons, they MUST HAVE access to emergency responders. The best Verizon could do was to schedule a technician for tomorrow! I had to lend them my GO Phone so if they need help before their service gets repaired they will be able to make a phone call. Too bad to have to rely on a GoPhone when Verizon gets beaucoup $$$$$$ for the pitifully poor service.
