~no thank you : All I got was the usual Verizon number you get on your phone bill....still had the annoying menu, they put me through to support, I got sick of waiting and hung up.

~no thank you : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~no thank you : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~no thank you : For that I would say four out of five.
