~Phyllis DeFranco: Terrible service. Half morning wasted. You say I owe you money. don't understand. You throw out worrisome info and then there's nobody to help me understand what you want from me. I don't even know what I have. You are supposed to be taking monthly $** charge from my credit card. why do I owe $*.**? Coming to the store is no help either. The wait there is incredible when they try to get somebody on the phone. Phyllis DeFranco ***-***-****.
