GetHuman-286052: Verizon employee transfered me and again and again,all with different answers,, nothing got accomplished,I had my phone business phone number for * years post paid and prepaid I moved in with a roommate,she said to go on her family plan and we would save, I asked the store employee in point loma,San Diego if I decided to go back on my own I could? He said anytime!! He lied or was ignorant,now not even ** days later I am moving out,my toomate,out of spite,turned of my phone and won't release it back to me,,even though I have a business and had that number for * years.I am losing *** a day plus stress and emotional grief,I want to port my number back to prepaid or list paid back in my name and a call from a corporate officer to resolve this,you are pliable because your employee told me if I moved out I could port it back,not mentioning tgart under your corrupt and illegal policies trick people without consent or full disclose of your policy. I need it correct tomorrow,or you,Verizon, wit
