~10+yrsCustomerService: Simone the switchboard operator I spoke with would give me no answers, told me there was no department I could speak with to discuss my concerns. She was extremely rude. I am going to be contacting the BBB and my attorney as I have requested several times online to speak with someone as well and not gotten a response.
