GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-marlajj: I have been shopping at Victoria's Secret for a long time. I recently purchased the Amber Romance Spray. However, I made the mistake of dropping it on the floor (in my home) and my spray stopped working properly. It started dripping out product, instead of giving me the wonderful spray that I was accustomed to. I took the bottle back to store ****** and talked to Mona (the mgr.). I asked her if she could please tell me what I could do to get this bottle to work properly again. She said it was not a problem she would be glad to replace it for me. I was so delighted that she was doing this. She didn't have to and I didn't ask. It was the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN ABOUT * YEARS. My hat if off to Mona for her good judgment and her willingness to satisfy her customer. I love Victoria's Secret and will always be a dedicated customer. MJ

GetHuman-marlajj: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Victoria's Secret's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-marlajj: For that I would say four out of five.
