~CustomerServiceIsKey: I ordered a swimsuit from VS online. I usually wear a size medium top, but this top was not the same fit and was too big. So, I called customer service to ask about exchanging the item. Not only do you have to pay the shipping to return the item, but you have to pay shipping on the item they send back to you. Oh, and you cannot return or exchange Victoria's Secret swimsuits in Victoria's Secret stores, so if you want to return or exchange you HAVE to incur the expense of shipping. On top of all of this, the girl who was explaining these policies to me HUNG UP ME when I asked for clarification of the policy!!!!! I will never buy online from VS again and DO NOT recommend that anyone else buy online unless they are absolutely certain that the item will fit (or just enjoy throwing money down the drain on shipping costs). Terrible!!
