~Ariella8: I received my first bill from V.S. about a month ago, but it was misplaced due to a move. I asked to have the $** fee waived this one time, but was told that they used to do that, but now can only waive the fee if there was a bank error or the bill was returned to them in the mail. She then asked if I would like to pay my bill over the phone. I said that I would pay it immediately after getting off the phone. She then transferred me to the catalog dept. & I asked why I had received the special secret June Clearance catalog (I had just spent a lot of money with them), but not the July & August? She said that she didn't know why and that she couldn't send out any particular catalog, only the most recent one. So, I tried to pay my bill online & was greeted with something that I had never heard of before: a $** "Same-Day payment fee." When I called back & spoke with someone else, she said THAT fee could not be waived. So, I asked to speak with her supervisor. I waited a few minutes on the
