GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-mariad2: I went to the Store in Dos Lagos in Corona California. The website stated you close at *:** pm. your associate name Shovanah (black, slim, average height woman) approached me with a very rude attitute and stated "you need to hurry up" we close at six. I was in my way to the fitting room. My * girls were done picking what they needed but I couldn't get in the fitting room due to the line. When I got out of the room my girls said this woman had push them to pay and told them she could not understand why were both of my girls just standing there instead of paying right a way. My girls told her that mom was trying out some items. Your employee said well she better hurry up " I really want to close these registers now"*My girls needed to wait because I was the one paying. While I was paying the register lady realized I had several pieces at regular price and she suggested to get a few more to get the sale price on all. We left the register for a few seconds to go get a couple more pieces to make the sale. One of the people on line behind us told me this rude woman said "they are lucky they left this person behind or else she would have close the line for us. This woman I believe her name is Shovanah or something like that was extremely rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. It made my experience horrible and no wanting to ever come back to that store. I am a regular Victory S. customer and I spend on average ***-*** dollars on every purchase. This type of employees you have should not ever be in front of a counter helping customers.
