~Amelia: I waited nearly and hour and had to hang up because I had to get to work. I used to love Virgin America, but I'm finding that their service is going downhill.

~Amelia: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Amelia: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Amelia: For that I would say four out of five.
