~bigdogs: I want to contact the proper authorities that can deal with them. Have had trouble every month since starting. Just ended my billing cycle on the **. Have not used phone since(now the **) & it says I have used ** minutes. COME ON NOW! Can't understand what anyone says. Tired of them saying how sorry they are. Don't be sorrry, JUST FIX THE PROBLEMS! I think they are not on the up & up but who do I contact? They need to be investigated
