~gazelle: Susan was AMAZING! I was expecting honestly a virtual chat which infuriates and only states the obvious. I have * dozen questions, never having done anything prepaid and a spoiled Nextel*Sprint customer for ** years. She was patient, understood and really helped me understand the referral system, activation process and how to buy a monthly plan, all of which I totally did not understand. I am grateful but no automatic survey came up, so I went looking. Just finished chat.
